Refund Policy

RETURNS - ( Art pieces - Paintings only )

Art pieces or paintings are strictly non-refundable, unfortunately no exchanges are allowed.

RETURNS ( Crystals only )

Our return policy lasts 15 days after purchase date. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. When you purchase crystals, you will receive the exact piece you were shown with the pictures online, unless otherwise specified. Therefore, only items that were damaged during the shipping process are eligible for exchanges or returns. Items must also be shipped in the original packaging or wrapping materials.

Additional non-refundable items include gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS: PERSONAL READINGS

Personal Readings can be transferred to another person and they are strictly non-refundable.

REFUNDS

To help you process your refund faster, we require that you e-mail us pictures of the items that were damaged during the shipping process. Once you we receive and inspect the photos we will send you an e-mail to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we will email you a picture of the item that we will choose to exchange your purchased product which is not identical but of same or similar price value. (This only applies to Crystals)

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time by your bank before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at marisol@indigoartcrystals.com.

EXCHANGES ( Crystals only )

Each of our items is clearly described and identified with individual pictures on our website. We only replace items if they were damaged during the shipping process. We will match the exchange to a similar item that has the same or similar price value. The new item will not be identical because each item is unique.

To return your product, you must be approved first. After approval please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. If the item (crystals only) was damaged when received and it was approved for return, we will refund you those shipping expenses provided that you e-mail us a copy of the receipt. The shipping cost you originally paid when you purchased the item will also be refunded together with the total purchase amount. The shipping cost for damaged items exchanges will be covered by Indigo Art & Crystals. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over USD$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our Refund Policy is automatically applied to all purchases made online or offline. It is your sole responsibility to read carefully our refund policy before agreeing to purchase an item from Indigo Art & Crystals.
